The EU co-funded project AgriVET – Enhancing Women Entrepreneurship in Agriculture in Georgia through Targeted Vocational Education and Training officially started on 1 January 2026, marking the beginning of a transformative initiative in vocational education and rural development.
AgriVET aims to strengthen the relevance, accessibility and responsiveness of VET systems in Georgia, positioning them as key drivers of sustainable socio-economic development in rural areas.
The project focuses on enhancing the capacity of local VET providers and empowering women with the skills, knowledge, and entrepreneurial mindset needed to innovate and generate sustainable growth in agriculture.
We look forward to sharing more updates as the project progresses.
